The Problem

Building Asset Managers and Chief Engineers often manage a portfolio of buildings diverse in size, region, and technical sophistication. They lack the visibility into these portfolios needed to understand the opportunity & pain points in their assets.

Requirements

Users need to be able to:

Filter buildings by region

View normalized (per. sq ft) data to compare differently sized buildings

Differentiate bill data (verified) from meter data (unverified) and view KPIs

Compare current building data to past building data
